Every User hereby represents and warrants to the Developer that:

• All Information provided by the User is true, correct, current and updated;
• Provision of such Information does not violate any third-party agreement, law, decree, order or judgement;
• Information does not belong to a third party, or necessary authorization is obtained;
• Developer officers/directors are not responsible for authenticity of information provided;
• User shall indemnify Developer in case of breach.

• Providing new educational products and services;
• Continual improvement of the Application;
• Research and surveys;
• Security practices;
• Fraud prevention and support communications.
